If you like having your credits and debits reversed for the sake of paying 1,000's of dollars in overdraft fees then this is your bank. The government should monitor these banks and understand how they reverse charges for the sake of taking your hard earned money.
The staff and personnel is great on the other hand this company should not be in business. The way they operate is completely outlandish and unethical.
Since they bought out my previous bank, it's the only one in the state of Wisconsin, so inconvenient! Waiting for them to sell the bank once again to another provider not in my state, the last one didn't have many branches either. I hate having to start over changing banks however, I'm tired of driving an hour to get to my bank!
