I love ace hardware. You dont get service at the bigger stores like you do at ace. Other reviews commented about a creepy guy? Guess I haven't seen him yet. Everyone I've dealt with has been very nice.
I love this Ace Hardware store! Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I've bought a lot of stuff there and have never had any problems, nor has anyone ever watched over me while I was shopping.
Nice small store. Small Town feel. Don't get that at Walmart. Limited items, but worth the experience.
Not sure if they do this to everyone that walks into the store, but there have been a handful of times where I've come here to purchase something and one of the employees will just stand at the end of the aisle making sure I'm not stealing something. I get it, they don't want anyone to steal from them, but they could at least be a little more discrete about it, or at least ask if I need help finding something. I can't help but feel they're basically saying, "you look like the type of person who is going to steal something, therefore, I'm going to refuse to take my eyes off of you while you try to find what you're looking for on your own."
I have run in here a few times when I need something to finish a home project and they usually have it. The staff is helpful and as far as the other comments about creepy dude, I have not experienced any issues.
